What is the Return & Exchange policy period?

You can initiate a return & exchange request within 15 days of product delivery.

Return & Exchange process:

  • The returned product must be unused, unwashed and it must have all original tags and packaging intact & invoice.

What are the rules for refund of courier charges?

  • For all self-shipped returns for exchange and return, we will provide a store coupon code up to Rs.200 per shipment.
  • Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
  • Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
  • Any item purchased during the sale or 80 % or more discount will be not eligible to return.

How much time it takes for an exchange or issuing of credit or refund?

  • We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, after quality check pass we will issue your refund, it will take to credit in your back account 7-8 business days depending your bank.
  • For COD order we will issue store credit or cheque as per customer instruction.
  • Store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

*Please note that Cash on Delivery charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.
